I am a 38 year male and to date, have only dated women around my age or slightly older. But for the most part I have actually spent my years since 18 single. In my single period I have hade little interest from women around my age at any time. I had more than one lady more than double my age show interest in me when I was younger (eg I was 25 and she was over 60). Likewise now at my age I am finding the signs of interest being shown by women anything up to half my age.

Not saying that I am against either situation, but I always question the idea of the age gap and what people will believe. I have had a number of friends pursue relationships where there was a significant age gap and all but one are no longer together. It can work but what does it really take when people have different priorities.
