I don’t have a lot of meatless recipes, we tend towards chicken, mackerel and salmon mostly. This is because mum cannot eat any soy based products and still needs a source of protein.
However, almost every recipe we make can easily replace the protein with tofu, and we do have a couple of vegetarian meals we make. I will have to work out the recipes and add them to the future writing list. :)
