I have come across a number of quite popular figures who use curse words extremely frequently. It has most certainly made them somewhat more prominent, and one in particular has developed smarts. But I do find it distracting to what their actual message is. They try to blame it being who they are, but I wonder if it is really who they are or if it is just how they have found their voice gets heard better.
