I have found too many perfectly manicured YouTube accounts. They obviously did something to achieve their subscribers and following, but obviously cannot accept people seeing the early mistakes and missteps.

All round very well said David, I can remember the majority of my posts on Medium have gone the first 24 hours without any views. I am working towards daily and I know it is what I feel I need to do, but also understand just how much work lies in that path.
