I was quite interested when I saw this appear, but had never directly experienced it until I decided to place an order through the Domino’s App.

The first time I did this I was quite interested to see the result. I got a good pizza with a good even spread of toppings.

The second time I ordered through the app at another store, it would seem their system was either down or disabled. My thought was leaning towards the disabled option as the pizza I got was not up to the standard I often get from the store I regularly go to. The toppings were sparse and not evenly distributed, even some areas lacking cheese.

I think it definitely has the potential to create a more uniform and expected result to the customer.
