I would love to drop a story or two here. First thing I think of every good cafe needs some darn good coffee. Maybe you could look at knocking out a wall and adding in a space to roast our own. Space for a coffee roasting machine, some shelving to store green coffee beans, and a table to pack the roasted “Monster Café Blend”.
