It definitely dives you moment for pause to consider the images you use. Medium makes it so easy just to search an image and embed, but the potential legal trouble is not worth it for me. I also have come to the realisation if I as the author also create the image there could be a greater cohesion between the story and the imagery, similar to what found when I used to write for my own blog about my travel experiences.
