Just make an offer that sounds awesome. Sometimes an offer is not accepted just because of the value offered but the whole way the deal is offered. Also maybe offer staggered payments of a period of time to ease the financial burden up front.

But personally I would not be buying a Medium Publication. There is just no guarantee of any future gain from it.
