As the end of January fast approaches, how are your New Year’s resolutions going? You’ve missed a couple of days maybe you are wondering why you even started this. You could be wondering how you even know if you achieve your New Year’s resolution.

Stop worrying too much as there is still plenty of the year left to get things back on track. But you need a plan to on just how to take your uncertainty about resolutions through to winning the year with your goal.

Before we move on though let’s talk about New Year’s resolutions. While I like the idea behind a New Year’s resolution, I dislike the need to start on a specific day.

New Year’s resolution — noun

A promise that you make to yourself to start doing something good or stop doing something bad on the first day of the year. — Cambridge Dictionary

Making a promise to yourself to start something good or stop something bad is great. However, waiting until one specific day to make that change makes little sense to me.
