Selling On Facebook Marketplace In July 2022
Turning unwanted things around the house into cash. That’s the theory.
Over the past five years, I have taken multiple initiatives to declutter my life and remove things that are unnecessary. This has taken many forms over this time from selling things, visits to the dump, donations to op shops and giving stuff to friends and family.
The act of selling things is only a more recent approach that I tried throughout the last two years. Focusing primarily on Facebook Marketplace, I had some success. Although I identified a few good and bad aspects of the platform along the way.
This has been one of my most successful stories. I suspect it is because so many people want to know if Facebook Marketplace is useful or not. As I prepare to move homes soon, I found I still have a lot of stuff to get rid of and a lot of it is worth something. So figure it was time to give Facebook Marketplace another go.
