Some great points here. The big one I found was eliminating all sugar, the first time I did that it took plenty of label reading but I lost 7kg (close to 15 pounds) in around five weeks. The biggest challenge with multiple changes all at once though is willpower, so I guess it depends how badly someone wants to change and what their starting point is.
