Thank you for sharing Ian. It is rather refreshing to see someone talking about what is truly passive income. You have done a great job sharing a detailed account and passing on the message that passive income is not what many promote it to be.

On another note, while you might not be charging full market rent, to me I would prefer a known long-term tenant (as long as they are good) than a higher return with a new unknown tenant. But maybe that is just me.
