Business ideas can come thick and fast if you have the right mindset. Many ideas will sound good in the beginning. But many ideas fall flat when you put a little thought behind them.
You might have an amazing idea, then one thought leaves you thinking how close you came to disaster. Maybe you have that million dollar idea, just no one else shares your enthusiasm.
There are those ideas that stink a little when they first come to mind. But the more you think about them, the more like a diamond in the rough they appear. Then there are the ideas that just linger with you. They are not great causing you to drop everything else to get started. But they are not bad enough for you to forget either.
I had one such idea some 15 years ago now. I could see there were some flaws, but the idea just every so often comes back to mind. No matter the times it resurfaced I just could not see a way to make it work.
The basic premise was a dating website. But the twist is that the primary search method is by car number plate. Instead of browsing endless profiles, you pop in the car number plate of the cute guy or gal in the car next to you at the traffic lights.
